Purple Power Ube Matcha - Matcha Recipe

This recipe is new to our menu and has already become one of our community's favorite drinks. Ube is a so-called yam, which is grown mainly in the Philippines. Ube not only has this special purple color, but is also rich in vitamins A, C and E.

30ml Matcha shot (2.5g Matcha + 30ml 80C water)

1 tsp organic Ube powder

1 tsp Maca for an extra boost to libido and support with inner restlessness

250-300ml milk of your choice

If you want to go the extra mile, you can serve your Purple Power Matcha with a special vanilla foam (mix oat cream and milk in equal parts with a little vanilla extract. Just whip the foam lightly with a blender.
